H1B got approved with my previous employer

Hello,

I was working with Employer A during my OPT who had applied for my H1B. Then I moved to Employer B before Oct 1 but Employer A hadnt withdrawn my H1B application. Today on Oct 22, while working for Employer B I got notified that my Employer A's H1B got approved.

Should I stop working immediately? Will I be able to transfer my H1 from Employer A to B? Is it best to leave the country while the transfer application is put in?

You have to stop working for employer B immediately, since your OPT is gone.
You have to start working for employer A. Once you have done that (and gotten paid, of course) then employer B can file an H1 transfer.
