Sarmathi Posted October 21, 2018 Report Share Posted October 21, 2018 I got selected in H1b lottery in 2017 and only recently I received all visa documents. Mean while I move to China for work. To process H1b visa do I need to travel to home country (India) or I can do in China, if so what are the difficulties. Suppose if I take leave and go to home country for visa interview & process, is it collect passport within 1 or 2 weeks? please suggest me. Quote Link to comment
