Your education credentials need in depth review and your employer and their attorneys need to find an optimal strategy to respond to RFE. Chances of denial are high and your employer would need to prove that you are eligible for the job offered to you. USCIS is now asking how Electrical degrees are related to IT, which makes sense and was not strictly enforced before. Edited October 17, 2018 by xTDx Quote Link to comment
