H1B stamping in India with a public intoxication arrest (I pleaded no contest and case was dismissed after deferred disposition)

I am planning to travel to India for H1-B stamping in December and as mentioned I have a public intoxication record which occurred in May 2016 (Texas). What do I expect with during the stamping process( 221g / rejection ?) and what all documents do I carry ?
