My sister she is married to his husband which works for U.S. armed forces, being deployed frequently overseas for NATO operations. She is a U.S. citizen. Can my sister (same mother and father) apply for green card for me or citizenship under special provisions, expedited? Any advise is much appreciated, thanks very much! Link to comment
