DKKR
Hi I need your advice on obtaining a visitor visa for my sister along with my parents. I would like to bring them here for a month to visit me. The visiting plan is . not urgent. I am just trying to get the visa done so that they can visit at whatever time convenient. My sister already has an H4 visa, however, unfortunately, she is getting separated (divorce filed in court but a final decision is not yet issued). At this time is it advisable to apply a visitor visa along with my parents or is it good to get her a visitor visa once the court decision is confirmed. In the DS-160 form, it asks for spouse details, so I am confused at what to fill there. Link to comment
Provence
Anyone can apply for a b2 visa, the parents, sister. Unless there is a distinct "Separated" option for marital status, she is legally married and should chose that option if not divorced the day of ds160 submission. Link to comment
