Senthil2018 Posted August 23, 2018 Report Share Posted August 23, 2018 My son's visa expired on March 2016 and during H4 extension got the approval with I-94 validity till October 2018. Passport was expired on Jan 2018. Missed to renew the passport. Now I changed the employer and got primary's approval till 2021. Applied in Indian consulate for new passport with previous employer's valid I-94. Will there be any issue? Link to comment
