Info needed - H1B stamping in canada

Hello,

I need to schedule an appointment for H1B Visa stamping in Calgary, Canada.

1. My I-797 is valid till september 2012. But my H1-B visa stamping has expired as of September 2009. Am I eligible to get stamping in Calgary or should I visit India?

2. Please give me the website where I can schedule an appointment. I searched in google but it's very difficult to find.

3. I work in EVC model and can get letter from client too. How many days can I may have to wait before I get my stamping? (my understanding is at least 1 month)
