H1b 6 yrs going to complete,I-140 denied..what to do?

My I-140 is denied and I have exactly 1 year 1 month left. And I have my present H1B till 7 Dec 2018. 
Which option is advisable:

1.Should I switch to new employer and they file my gc again 

2. Stay with my employer and file again in EB 3 ?

3.Refile?

Only you can answer these questions based on your situation. You will find it difficult to get a sponsor to file within these time constraints.

Based on your previous posts, sounds like a shady employer with an incomplete/invalid i140 petition. You're better off either finding a reputable employer, or exiting the US to seek alternative opportunities.

In case you are not aware, Canada Australia and NZ are always looking for good people and no nonsense about waiting a decade or two . I say this in response to the previous reply so that you can look up the situation in these countries.
