I-485 directly or I-130 and 1-485 later?

My dad's priority date was march 2007 which is current now.

I am 25 years old now. (probably an age out candidate). I was included in my dad's I-140(My age was ~20 then) but was not added on my dad's I485.

Now that my dad's PD is current and me residing in US, can i apply for 485 directly as a derivative? or do I have to apply for I130, wait for it to be current and then apply i485 later?

Lastly, if i had to take the I-130 route, are there any chances that I can request to inherit my dad's PD?

You need to talk to a lawyer. My understanding is that you have aged out, and your dad will have to sponsor you, which will take a while.
