Regarding I-140 Approval Notice

Hi All,

Need your expert advice.

My I-140 approved and I received "I 797C,Notice of Action" - Approval notice for the I-140 my employer.

Should i have received I 797 instead of I 797C ,Should i be worried i have received this instead?can i apply for H4EAD for my wife/Change Jobs with i797C or need I797 instead?

I-797C is just receipt. I-797 A and B are approvals.
