srini005 Posted May 10, 2018 Report Share Posted May 10, 2018 This is my fresh H1-B visa I though once it s picked up in the lottery everything will go smooth pickedup in the lottery on april 2017 Aug 2017 got a RFE (specialty occupation) Replied the RFE in the month of october 2017 Nov 4th 2017 got denied (reason for denial Speciality occupation) Jan 26th 2018Filed MTR along with expert opinion letter filed Feb 7th 2018 Got New petition number As of today(11 -MAy-2018), Case transferred to new office Can you some one share your experience and views how the process will it go.
