Eb3 and Eb2 with the same employer

Hi , my priority date is December 2010, originally in eb3 but in 2012 I applied for Eb2 and successfully ported my date. Given the current situation if eb3 gets before Eb2 for Dec 2010 , can I apply for my 485 in eb3 ..just wanted to know if this is even possible. Thank you

You can have only one application action. So, the answer is No.

Check visa bulletin and estimate which one is likely to become current first? Most likely it will be EB-2 option
