krishn007
First of all, a candidate won't be able to join the organization with fake experience, because there will be definitely a background check before the organization hires a candidate. 1. Once the organization finds out that the experience is fake, they terminate the employment. 2. When a candidate provides fake experience in resume to USCIS, your application will be rejected because the candidate won't be able to prove about the "experience" as USCIS has all the details stored about every immigrant. ICE is out of bounds in the context of this question. USCIS , May be ! But, Will definitely be in case of revoking the peitions due to consequences that are more initiated by an employer than USCIS themselves which is "Termination of Employment" Link to comment
