14 months enough to get I140 approved?

My work visa is coming to an end in 14 months from now. My employer is willing to file GC for me. My concern is within this time frame will my I140 be approved? Since PWD takes 3 months, is it possible to do the recruitment along with PWD since I am pretty sure that I am getting paid enough?

If you PERM is not picked up for an audit and you file the I-140 in premium processing, then 14 months is more than sufficient time to clear both stages.
