I140 with negative tax returns

Hi all,

I got my labor approved for eb2 green card, but my company had financial loss last year and we all had to take pay cut for 2017. Additionally my company's tax returns are negative for 2017 and did not do so well in 2016 either but i was paid s per labor for 2016. We are now back to my regular pay as per labor since January 2018 and its now time to apply for my i140 but my lawyers are a little hesitant to apply as they are not sure if it will get approved. Anybody been through the same?
