Laavee Posted April 10, 2018 Report Share Posted April 10, 2018 I entered US in L2 VISA few months back however I have valid L1 VISA as well and resume working for my employer from US.Can I go to Canada and reenter using my L1 VISA to start working for my employer,Will I be issued a new I94 with admitted class as L1.I have this query becaused I read in other forums that a new I94 will not be issued if you are reentering from Canada in less than 30 days. vinodkt7 Posted April 11, 2018 Report Share Posted April 11, 2018 Yes, you will be issued new I94. Specially if you are coming by air, your new arrival date will be updated, but if you travel by road, arrival date will be the same only travel history will be updated. Link to comment
