Withdrawing Job offer at RFE stage of H1 COE

I recently took a job at  company A and accepted another offer at company B after 3 months. Both are Full Time offers.
 

Company B started my H1 Change Of Employer and yesterday we got RFE. I want to withdraw myself from Job at Company B for lot more personal family oriented reasons than because of RFE.

- Is that OK?
- Will it have any negative impact on my status or future GC( i have 140 approved)?
- Would it impact my current H1B at Company A ?

- Since I signed the offer with Company B , Will I face any legal trouble ?
