nkhan10 Posted July 15, 2011 Report Share Posted July 15, 2011 I concurrently filed I140 & I485 in 2007. I140 is approved in EB3 category. At the time of filing I had more than 5 yrs experience and a masters degree ( job requires bachelors degree). I was wondering if I could convert this from EB3 to EB2 case and keep the same priority date? Please advise. Link to comment
