Belle Posted July 26, 2011 Report Share Posted July 26, 2011 It's not unusual. Your spouse will need to wait. If the application is not approved in ~30 days, s/he may raise a service request. Link to comment

My lawyer called USCIS and they said that my spouse's case is under review with Supervisor. What does this mean? Do all reviews go to Supervisor or only some go to them? Any idea how long it may take (approx)? Your help is greatly appreciated. Link to comment

I am also in same situation, waiting for my wife's GC to come. Filed I-485 on March 23.
