eram17 Posted March 24, 2018 Report Share Posted March 24, 2018 I have applied for stem opt extension , and it has been 180 days since the initial opt got expired and I have stopped employment now . After a month from now , if the stem opt decision comes as denied , can I get some grace period to remain in US and do the following : 1) apply for second masters and extend the i20 and remain in US. 2) convert from f1 to h4 and remain in US until h4 gets approved ? please help me on this thanks in advance Quote Link to comment
