changing job with H1B (I-485 over 180 days)

I am currently on H1B with EAD and few days away from my priority date to get current. I have offer from different employer and I am trying to understand the situation that either I should wait for my priority date to get current which I am expecting with May VISA bulletin that is expected to come in April or I should be ok to change the job without any risk, I am over 180 days since my I485 was applied.
