So with all green card dates for EB3 soaring high and moving quikly, was wondering if i can do EB3 processing for my same labor date for EB2 and get it approved with same employer and be ready for moving dates? * Can it be done * Can we have both EB2 & EB3 with same employer * anybody did this thank for info folks V Quote Link to comment
