Can I rejoin my past employer if L1A date is still valid ?

Hi, I worked for my L1 employer for 8 years before joining them in the US. L1 Petition  is valid from Aug 2016 to Aug 2019 & L1 Visa stamp is valid upto Aug 2021. I left the company in Dec 2017 and now after 4 months want to rejoin them. Can I rejoin my earlier employer on the same visa,location,job role as if nothing had changed ? Any insight is appreciated.
