photographer Posted March 5, 2018 Report Share Posted March 5, 2018 Hello there, My PERM case is with BALCA since 2016. Does BALCA follow order ( order of filing) while clearing these cases ? Few of the cases BALCA cleared recently have case numbers filed in 2008. Is that normal for BALCA to clear PERM cases in that random order ?
