JD2011
Currently I am working with Employer A and I have my PD on Jan-2017 and I140 approved on Jan-2018. I am planning to join Employer B sometimes in Mid April-2018. Currently I am on my 6th yr of Visa (Oct-2018) and my current visa is approved till Sep-2019. 1. So if I join Employer B on Apr-2018, can employer A revoke my I140 ? 2. If employer B will be filing my PERM and before Oct-2018 if its not approved what the consequences ? 3. can Employer B file my I140 in EB1 (currently it's in EB2) Thanks JD Edited February 27, 2018 by JD2011 Quote Link to comment

You can ask this as an open questions. 2. There are lot of qualifiers you need to satisfy and toggle is not easy. Thanks JD Quote Link to comment
