SamWal Posted February 15, 2018 Report Share Posted February 15, 2018 Hello, A visa transfer application -due to a job change- was filed at wage III level for SOC title 'Computer Systems Analyst'. After an RFE, we got a denial for the offered position and benificary capabilities did not prove the 'specialty occupation' criteria. Similar application have been approved without any issues in past. We had provided as much details as possible. We are filing an appeal now. Any ideas what more details can be provided in such cases? Any documentation which would make it easy to understand what exactly is needed from information point of view? Thanks. Quote Link to comment
