H1b transfer

Hi All ,

I have an H1b base petition which is valid til June 2018(stamped on passport), After which I have done an amendment for a different client which was valid till Jan 2018,

And have an H1b extension filed at Aug 2017 and an amendment filed at Oct 2017 at Vermont center(For which I have been waiting on decesion).

My question is will it be problem if I do a h1 Transfer now.Which case status will be accounted (base petition or the latest petition)
