Hello Everyone,

I have my h1b stamping on my passport with expiry in 2019. I changed my employer a couple of months ago but my h1b transfer was denied.

So my employer filed for a new h1b petition (standalone petition) which got approved. My lawyer is suggesting me to go outside the country and come back but do I need h1b stamping as well?
