VeenaHarpal Posted February 13, 2018 Report Share Posted February 13, 2018 Here is the Case: My husband H1B Amendment is denied on 08Feb but his Visa and I 94 is valid till 30 June 2018 I am in USA with him but My visa was valid till 30 Jan 2018 and same date for I94. My H4 Extension was filed along with my Husband H1B Amendment. But it has been denied on 08 Feb. My Husband has got another project and they are filling his Amendment & My Extension but it will take couple of weeks to get LCA and Receipt. We have not received any Denial letter yet . Please let me know till when I can stay here after getting denial letter. Quote Link to comment
