Visitor visa to H1B

Hi,

I am indian citizen and currently in US on vistors Visa.

My question is

If I get my H1B, do I need to goto India and get my passport stamped OR I can stay here and continue working?

Similarly If I get into a college for MS do I need to goto India and get my passport stamped for F1 OR I can stay here and continue studing?

yes, you need to come to back to india for stamping for both h1 and f1
