Dhiraj Rangaraju Posted February 8, 2018 Report Share Posted February 8, 2018 I have started working on H1B from December-2014, on September-2017 my Visa was expiring. When I have applied for extension they have approved my Visa extension for 1 year only. I have End client letter clearly mentioned the requirement until December-2020. Even the end client letter is approved for 3 Years but USCIS has approved my extension for 1 year only. Is there any specific reason? Quote Link to comment
