procedure to get I-140 copy

Hi,

What is the procedure and/or process to get I-140 copy under Freedom of Information Act.

My employer is not giving me a copy of my approved I-140.

Please advise

Can someone tell me what is the processing time line for MTR applications? I couldnt find anything on USCIS site and was hoping if someone knows from their experience?

My MTR was filed on 07/15/2011
