Name change on I94

Hi,

My passport has the following info:

Surname:<blank>

Given Name: Jack Dawson

So my I94 has the following:

Family Name: Jack Dawson
First(Given) Name: NO NAME GIVEN

My I20 and F1 Approval notice from USCIS also have same info as my I94:

Family Name: Jack Dawson
First(Given) Name: NO NAME GIVEN

I understand that I need to get my Surname rectified in my passport as follows:

Surname: Dawson

Give Name: Jack

Once I get that done, how do I change my I94 and I797 F1 approval documents??
