Hi All,

It would be great help, if you can give me your valuable suggestions.

I received an RFE for specialty occupation and submitted the required documents to USCIS - CA on Nov-31-2017. It's been 60 days and I did not hear anything from them. As I need to have some status to work I'm asking my attorney to change the process to premium. Please let me know the pro's and con's of this process.

As of now, I cannot work since my OPT got expired and no work status.
