I received an RFE for specialty occupation and submitted the required documents to USCIS - CA on Nov-31-2017. It's been 60 days and I did not hear anything from them. As I need to have some status to work I'm asking my attorney to change the process to premium. Please let me know the pro's and con's of this process.
