can we still apply H4 EAD?

Hi Everyone,

I got my i140 approved today (01/29/2018). can I still apply got my wife H4 EAD? If yes, can some one please share the documentation to apply for H4 EAD and can some one please let me know the processing times of H4 EAD?

Yes, you can still apply for H4 EAD.  Do it fast before any changes take place.

Required documents:

1. copy of your H1 approval, and I-140

2. your wife passport info pages, and copy of I-94

3, copy of your wife's previous EAD documents, if any

4. copy of marriage certificate

5. 2 Passport photos

6. processing Fee

Thanks Satya, does anyone know the H4 EAD processing times? I mean, how long it is taking to get approved?

It takes about 90 days,or less if everything is in order.
