imthekrish Posted January 27, 2018 Report Share Posted January 27, 2018 My name is misspelled on I797A (approval date: 01/03/18), I797C and every other document I received so far after my h1 got picked in the lottery. While replying to RFE my employer submitted a request for name correction but USCIS never corrected it. Now my attorney submitted some sort of request to USCIS for name correction, how many days does it take for them to send me a new i797A with correct name. My application was in premium processing before. Link to comment
