My previous H1 was valid until December 2017 with another client with the same employer and here they have put I94 expiry date as December 2017. that project got over in July and from August, I am working for a new client at a different location for the same employer. now I have got the rfe and in CBP website as different I-94 expiry date is until 08/24/2017 till how many months can I stay in the US. in CBP website and in previous h1 (I-94) Record Number is different will that be problem Thanks, Link to comment
