Employer is yet receive the mail from USCIS to know the reason for denial.I have my previous employer approved i-140 which is not revoked. What will be my status. Can I go back to my previous employer and get h1b extension.I have valid h1b up to Feb. 2019 with present employer Your reply is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Srini Link to comment
