My I-140 was approved with previous employer and new PERM process will be started in 3 months. My attorney confirmed will they file a extension in July/Aug time frame.Since I have 15 years of education + 12 Years of SW development experience will it be any issue in H1B extension. My last H1B transfer was applied with education evaluation and no RFEs was on my petitions. Please provide advice and suggestions. Link to comment
