How do I get my Old H1B petion bundle

Hi All,

I have a situation where i need to submit my initial Visa bundle as part of my 221g .

Unfortunately my previous employer did not collect the visa bundle from the attorney apart from I-797. And right now we were unable to contact the attorney.

Could you guys help me on passing some guidelines or other options on how i can get the Visa bundle ?

i think you can file FOIA form with USICIS  so they can send you your fill imigration history file . Kindly check with your attoreny and please kindly update us with your findings please.
