I'll be going for my stamping in jan. With an avg salary on offer..how do my chances seem for h1b? any ideas? Thanks Link to comment

There is no "one size fits all" salary. Your salary has to match or exceed the prevailing wage for the job in the metropolitan region where the job is located. You haven't told us anything about your job nor where it is located. Without that, nobody can answer your question. Link to comment
