Yes, you can get dates around august 31st and sep1st.I just booked 3 days back

Hi,

I'm also planning for visa stamping on aug 31st. I'll confirm my appt. tomorrow. I've a quick qn..

It will be 12 months on Aug 31st since my visa expires. Will it be risky if I do it then or do I need to plan before Aug31st?

I need time to plan , gather docs if there won't be any issues...what do you guyz suggest?

As I mentioned in my previous post tht I'm also planning for stamping on Aug31st.

I'm on EVC model and I changed the client after I got H1B extn. approved.

Both old and new clients are in same city 1 mile away.

Do I need H1B amendment for new client?
