2nd Masters - CPT - Applied H1B - But completed Masters.

Hi- 

Pursuing 2nd Masters and working on CPT. Applied for H1B in April 2017... upgraded to premium and got RFE in October. I am in process of replying to my RFE. But now on Dec 13, 2017, I have also completed my Masters course. My question is..

1. Is my H1B application still good with USCIS (I got to know that I will be in status for next 60 days).

2. Am I good to go ahead and reply to my RFE (my case is in premium.. i should be able to get some response in 15 days).
