H1B Extension Filed, Passport about to Expire

H1B Extension Filed, Passport about to Expire - 

Hi my extension was filed in Oct (Normal Processing) with my passport expiring in Jan 2018.

How can i renew my indian passport while my H1 B extension is pending 

My company filed it in normal mode and would not do it in premium,
