I am came to US on H1b with Company-A and same company extended my stay in US. I have upto July 2019 of approved documents. On July 2016, I moved to Company-B with H1b transfer, which is in RFE stage now. My old Company-A filed for revoke of my petition. I got a offer with Company-C.

Can I choose Company-C at this stage?
