Pokymon Posted June 10, 2011 Report Share Posted June 10, 2011 EB3 has 3 categories: Skilled, Professional and Other Workers. Do they have different visas for these categories or just one? Other workers (unskilled) don't need any any education - are they treated as Professionals? Why did Congress mix skilled, professionals, unskilled in one category including 245i?
