H1B visa Stamping in Canada or India ?

Hello Guys,

I came to US in fall 2007 did my MS and Graduated in 2009, I joined a Desi Company after that and currently working at client , i have been here from 1.5 yrs , got my H1b approved recently.And i am pretty close to Canada as well.

So do you guys think i should go to Canada for US stamping or should i go to India ?

I also Heard First timers with US education are eligible.

Plz help.
