H1b extension denial letter not received

After 2 RFEs my H1B extension was denied on Nov 3rd. My employer was to receive the denial notice by Nov 18th, however they don’t seem to have received it yet. Is this normal? How long could it take? I’ve sold all my stuff and it’s very difficult to manage each day.

If it takes more than 30 days, the employer or attorney needs to check with USCIS.

It could take 2-3 weeks usually.
