maya20 Posted November 19, 2017 Report Posted November 19, 2017 I have an approved I-140 from my previous employer A which was approved back in 2013. I changed my employer to B and they had processed my PERM, I-140 again and I have my second I-140 approved as well; they were also able to retain my previous PD (with employer A). Recently I saw in USCIS website that my 2nd I-140 was being withdrawn ( I searched based on my second I-140 case number, and message says "Withdrawal Acknowledgement Notice Was Sent...."). This is very strange as I'm currently working for my employer (B). My questions: 1) Does anyone know what does this mean? 2) I'm also travelling to India in couple of days for my H1b stamping, will this impact my H1B VISA stamping?
directory0818 Posted November 20, 2017 Report Posted November 20, 2017 1) Does anyone know what does this mean? -> Might be an error update on uscis website. Please check with your employer B attorney and make sure its not withdrawn intentionally 2) I'm also travelling to India in couple of days for my H1b stamping, will this impact my H1B VISA stamping? -> Unrelated and would not impact.
